Our Hospital's History
Forestville Veterinary and Bird Hospital was established in 1957 to provide personalized care for the pets in our community. We provide complete lifetime care for your pet with an emphasis on preventative care
from birth through your pet's senior years.
Information for New Clients or New Pets
If this is your pet's first visit with us, whether you're a new client or an existing one, there's some paperwork you need to do.
If you wish, simply print out our
new client and patient forms and bring them with you to your pet's appointment. Call ahead to schedule an appointment for your pet so we can be ready to treat your furry, feathered, or scaly friend.
It's also helpful to bring in your pet's medical records or adoption information to your pet's first visit with us. We ask that your pet be carried or kept on a leash when you bring it to the hospital. You'll be greeted by one of our friendly technicians who will weigh your pet, take its temperature, and discuss with you the reason for your pet's visit.
The doctor will treat your pet with care and compassion. He'll listen to your concerns about your pet's health and will answer any questionsyou have before performing a full physical examination. He'll also discuss your pet's condition with you before recommending any appropriate tests or procedures.
